At Muthoot Fincorp, I support the leadership team on business strategy, annual planning, performance governance and enterprise-wide initiatives for the Secured and Unsecured Lending Business.<\/p>\r\n<p>My work is to take strategy into execution: long-range planning, CEO and leadership reviews, project governance, performance monitoring and AI-enabled transformation. I like turning data into insight and building frameworks that improve decisions, productivity and sustainable growth.<\/p>\r\n<p>Before this I spent three years at TVS Credit across corporate strategy and product management, including post-merger integration and product development.
